Jam is an ambitious entrepreneur with over 25 years of professional experience in the IT industry. He has an extensive knowledge working in the Manufacturing, Retail, Distribution, and Magazine Fulfillment systems.
Jam has a Masters Degree in Applied Sciences in Mathematics from Madras Institute of Technology, India. He started his career as a Customer Service Engineer in 1986. Since then, providing quality customer service has been the foundation upon which he has built his career and his business. He has a reputation for building and maintaining client relationships at all levels.
Jam is known as a highly capable and dependable leader primarily due to his excellent people skills and very good grasp of business, its challenges, and application of selective and innovative strategies that work.As Founder & CEO of TechAffinity, Jam is actively involved in projects to ensure customer expectations are met and has the authority to make whatever decisions are necessary to ensure services are delivered effectively and efficiently.
Cliff Bradley brings more than two decades of technical project management expertise to TechAffinity. Prior to co-founding TechAffinity in 2000, Mr. Bradley spent eight years at Verizon Data Services developing software solutions in the challenging and ever changing telephony industry. Since 2000, Mr. Bradley has been TechAffinity’s lead architect designing technical solutions for a client that mails in excess of one billion mail pieces a year. In this role he has acquired business expertise in magazine circulation, magazine distribution and USPS postal regulations, and is an active member of IDEAlliance.
Mr. Bradley also heads our IT Staffing Division responsible for talent acquisition, resource management, and account management, which provides our clients a competitive advantage by delivering highly skilled cost-effective resources when they need them.Mr. Bradley is a Certified PMP and a Cum Laude graduate from the University of South Florida with a Bachelors Degree in Finance and a Masters in Business Administration.
A Certified PMP with a Graduate Degree in Computer science from the University of Madras and Masters Degree in Computer Applications from CEG, Anna University, Dorcas has accumulated over 16 years of software industry experience and is well versed in industry fundamentals and best practices. She specializes in Mainframe technologies having delivered Client Server, Web based and Open source applications as well, across the organizations she has worked for.Her work experience spans across vertical segments such as Retail, Banking, Airlines and Media fulfillment. She has been associated with TechAffinity since its inception and has played a vital role in the establishment of a high performing and growing offshore workforce over the years. Dorcas now heads the Offshore Operations at TechAffinity and is responsible for PMO activities including IT delivery, Identifying and implementing process improvement measures to enhance Customer service and Productivity, Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Managing Costs
Anub leads the continued development of the TechAffinity’ sales team and global customer base. With over 20+ years of experience in various sales leadership and operations roles, he is renowned in the SME industry for playing a key role in conceptualizing, and implementing successful sales and business operations models for Small and Medium Enterprises.Anub holds a Masters degree in Public Administration from Annamalai University.
