The 3rd edition of Freshworks’ Global User Conference, Refresh was held in the famed Aria Resort & Casino, Las Vegas. We have been part of all 3 editions of the conference. We were also pleased to sponsor the event as an “Innovator Sponsor”.
The event brought together professionals from marketing, helpdesk/customer support, IT service desk management, CX management, and sales. The conference offered a rich environment for more than 1,000 attendees who represented businesses from across the globe and various industries. “Customer Experience” and “Customer Engagement” was at the focus of the event. Critical business issues, emerging trends, technology, and best practices were the points discussed by the speakers. The event also featured one of the greatest basketball player, entrepreneur, and investor – Shaquille O’Neal.
The conference featured 70+ interactive sessions, partner showcases, and roundtables with industry analysts, keynotes and sessions by customer engagement experts from various industries.
