The latest edition of Freshworks’ Global User Conference, Refresh this year was held live in Las Vegas as well as Virtual. TechAffinity has been part of all previous editions of the conference since its inception. We were also pleased to sponsor the event as a “Gold Sponsor”. This year’s event is a milestone as it is the first edition of the conference after Freshworks ($FRSH) went public on NYSE.

More about the Conference

The COVID pandemic proved that when it comes to work, productivity isn’t subject to physical space. With remote and hybrid operations quickly becoming the norm, the past one plus year showcased many instances where businesses came together to overcome hurdles created by the pandemic and develop. The theme of the event focused on making business-related functions easier. The event featured 25+ speakers that included Girish Mathrubootham, Founder, Freshworks, and three-time Paralympic medalist and bestselling author Amy Purdy.

Freshworks also launched Freshstack – a customer relationship management (CRM) suite built for startups that conjoins customer support, sales, and marketing teams. Additionally, several features and updates were announced for Freshdesk, Freshservices, and Freshsales. Plus, they announced a new platform called Freshworks Neo that integrates Freshworks apps with Slack.
